ECONOMY/Entrepreneurship: "Etablissements Yetu", a partnership for the emergence of the DRC

Contrary to what gossips say, the "Yetu Establishments" of Director General Kasereka Muhindo, are a reliable partner of the Congolese State for the development of the Democratic Republic of Congo.

From the height of their 25 years of experience, these Establishments have demonstrated numerous achievements of public utility, at the end of various contracts signed with both the central government and the provincial executives. This, without any favoritism or clientelism.

Compatriots who want to undermine the prowess of this institution by spreading headless rumors should know that the Yetu Establishments are comfortably installed in Kinshasa, Lubumbashi, Goma, Butembo, China and Turkey where they are not tenants, but rather owners, with well-identified physical addresses.

Recognized by both the National Employment Office (ONEM) and the National Institute for Professional Preparation (INPP), Yetu Establishments have a tax status certificate from the DGI and DGDA with an RCCM, a national identification validated by OHADA, a tax identification number (NIF), a certificate of regularity of contributions from the CNSS, an affiliation document, a certificate of non-bankruptcy duly issued by the Commercial Court, etc.

In view of its experience and the seriousness in its way of working, this structure recently won the contract for the construction of 8 fishing boats, while more than five companies had subscribed to this vast project. A contract in good and due form had been signed with the Congolese government, and it remains that Yetu Establishments deliver these marine devices to the government. This will undoubtedly be done because the Yetu Establishments have already entered into a similar partnership with Uganda, which was very satisfied to benefit from the boats in accordance with the clauses of the contract.

Achievements

Not too talkative, Yetu Establishments already have in their assets:

  • A construction contract for the town hall of Goma;
  • A rehabilitation contract for the Goma stadium;
  • The relocation and relocation of the Katindo camp to Goma;
  • The construction of the administrative building of the commune of Goma;
  • The construction followed by the delivery of a building to the Istm/Goma;
  • Contract with universities and higher institutes for the construction of auditoriums in Kisangani (ISP, ISC, IBTP, ISTM, UNIKIS)

As for Kinshasa, there are, among others:

  • Gambela market modernization contract;
  • Construction and delivery of the Kintambo hospital funeral parlor
  • Construction of Pool Malebo where the Head of State has already delivered a few villas to some Fardc generals;
  • Several contracts with the city of Kinshasa;
  • Signature of the memorandum with the National Identification Office for the production of identity cards.

Helping Zando Traders

After the closure of the central market called Zando in Kinshasa, several traders were lost in their activities. To come to their aid, Yetu Establishments have built, at the intersection of Itaga and Bokasa avenues, an imposing five-storey building containing more than 500 shops. The DG had to buy five neighboring plots to do this.

In Kinshasa as elsewhere, all these buildings are properties of Yetu Establishments. As well as the concession located behind the Presidential Galleries, in the town of Gombe, housing the General Management.

With all these efforts, some people in bad position want to discourage the Director General Kasereka who contributes to the development of the Democratic Republic of Congo. A stroke of the sword because the Yetu Establishments have already committed to materializing the vision of the Head of State Félix-Antoine Tshisekedi Tshilombo.
