TOPIC: It is now an open secret that terrorist and jihadist movements seek to extend to the countries of the West African coasts after having established themselves in the countries of the hinterland in the Sahel . This is evidenced by the attacks that affected Côte d'Ivoire some time ago and are now affecting Benin Republic and Togo, to name but a few.
QUESTION: In your opinion, do the States of Black Africa, prey to acts of terrorism and other jihadist attacks, like Mali, Burkina Faso, Niger, Nigeria and many others in West Africa, should negotiate with terrorist groups, and if so why, in exchange for what, and with what guarantee?
