TOPIC : The problems of racism faced by Black people around the world are far from regressing, let alone disappearing, despite the awareness and sanctions incurred in certain countries thanks to legislative measures. On the other hand, these problems of racism manifest everywhere in the world with regard to Blacks are still far from forging a black conscience so to speak.
The interests and problems of the countries of Black Africa being specific in many respects, the tendency is unfortunately to conceal them shrewdly for geopolitical or diplomatic reasons in the major international organizations, even including in the African Union (AU).
To carry the cause and defend the interests of these countries that some call Sub-Saharan Africa and other Black Africa, the question is whether it is not, if not necessary, at least one could not be more important for these African countries to have an autonomous organization in its policy than all those which currently exist or in which they are an integral part. Not only on an international scale but also and above all on the scale of the African continent itself. Anything that would allow the countries in question thus stamped Sub-Saharan Africa or Black Africa to be able to deal with issues specific to the countries of Black Africa and to Blacks in Africa and throughout the World.
QUESTION: In your opinion, should the Union of Black African States (UEAN) be created to carry the voice of the peoples of Black Africa and at the same time that of all blacks throughout the world or what should what to do to fight against anti-Black racism and contain the geopolitical appetites of which the countries of Black Africa are slyly the object?
