  1. THE SUBSCRIBER USER IS FREE TO COMMENT ON THE ARTICLES MADE AVAILABLE ON THE SITE
    To do this, he will choose a username (his own name or a pseudonym).
    The user is informed that the pseudonym used may be subject to moderation and must in no case infringe a third-party intellectual property right, nor contravene the conditions set out below.
    The subscribed user is responsible for the comments he sends to the Site; he is required to comply with the legal and regulatory provisions in force, in particular those which repress the abuse of freedom of expression.
    AFRIQUE Destinations reserves the right not to publish or to delete a comment that would be contrary to the conditions set out below and in particular:
    comments of a discriminatory, racist, xenophobic, anti-Semitic, homophobic, Holocaust-denying, pornographic, pedophile, child-pornographic nature…
    insulting, deliberately shocking, defamatory, or infringing on the privacy, and more generally the personality rights of anyone;
    statements inciting violence, suicide, terrorism, the use, manufacture or distribution of substances that are illegal or regulated by law (drugs, tobacco, alcohol, etc.);
    denigrating, degrading or harassing any other user, AFRIQUE Destinations or its journalists;
    remarks that violate human dignity;
    remarks inciting the commission of crimes or misdemeanors or which glorify them and more particularly crimes against humanity;
    content violating the intellectual property rights of third parties (in particular articles, works), for which the user does not have the necessary authorizations from the authors and/or assigns;
    content promoting for-profit services.
    Posts that violate these rules may be deleted without notice.
    As such, the author of the unpublished comment will be notified by e-mail as soon as possible of the reasons why the opinion has not been published.
    Users can request explanations about moderation using the Site's contact addresses (indicating your e-mail address, nickname and URL of the article concerned), but no comments alluding to the work of moderation will be posted. .
    In the event of regular non-compliance with these rules, AFRIQUE Destinations reserves the right to systematically refuse comments from a user, to temporarily or permanently suspend access to the user's comment service.
    Since moderation does not make it possible to detect a priori all illegal content and in particular content infringing the rights of third parties, the user guarantees AFRIQUE Destinations against any action or claim resulting from the posting of his comment, if it is turns out to be illegal.
    The user is also reminded that if his comment is illegal, the data allowing him to be identified or his computer to be identified may be communicated by the hosts of the Site to the judicial authority, if the latter so requires, in accordance with article 6-II of the law of June 21, 2004.
  2. The Site, if it allows to compare opinions on current debates, is in no way a Dating Site. Subscribed users can react to comments posted online, but they are asked to avoid any aggressiveness, invective, questioning or solicitation. Under no circumstances will they be able to exchange contact details in order to get in touch with other users of the Site. Any exchange or direct contact between two users will be considered contrary to these general conditions, and will therefore, if necessary, be the sole responsibility of the latter. Under no circumstances can AFRIQUE Destinations be prosecuted or held liable as a result of an exchange or direct contact between users.
  3. Use of the Site by minors is under the responsibility and supervision of their parents and legal guardians.
  4. AFRIQUE Destinations provides the user and its own moderation services with a device allowing them to report:
    abuse and comments that may be deemed to violate these Terms of Service or the law;
    doubts about the authenticity of a review.
    AFRIQUE Destinations will be free from the follow-up given to this alert if the report is sufficiently justified. He will therefore be free to withdraw a comment that he considers does not comply with these general conditions of use or with the law, and this without formality or prior warning.
  5. The AFRIQUE Destinations moderation team examines each comment received before posting it online. The user is therefore asked not to repeat the sending of a comment unnecessarily, not to post the same comment under different articles or different pseudonyms, and to ban any technique of the spam type, "junk mail", " troll"…
    The user will take care to avoid off-topic, unfounded rumours, false information, bad taste jokes and dubious comparisons. To be understood by all, the user will write readable and understandable messages: no SMS language, comments in capital letters or in a foreign language (with some exceptions). A comment will never be modified to meet the requirements of the charter but directly deleted. Comments replying to a deleted comment may also be deleted.
    The user by sending his comment accepts that it be reproduced according to the rules of indexing and formatting and enhancement which are the sole responsibility of AFRIQUE Destinations, in its capacity as publisher of the Site.
    AFRIQUE Destinations reserves the right to interrupt a debate that would become redundant or that would be invested by a flow of activists for any cause whatsoever.
  6. The subscribed user acknowledges that his comment addressed to AFRIQUE Destinations is a simple reaction on an information subject, posted on a press site, and that as such it is public, free of rights, and can be freely distributed, reused, commented. For all practical purposes and in the event that a comment is likely to support intellectual property rights and in particular copyright, the user, by posting this comment, agrees to graciously assign to AFRIQUE Destinations all of its rights, including the right of reproduction, representation, adaptation, translation, distribution and this for the entire duration of legal protection. This authorization is given for the publication of the comment on the Site, whatever the form of this publication and the processes for highlighting the comment. Still within the framework of this free authorization, AFRIQUE Destinations may select the comment and publish it in whole or in part in the magazine AFRIQUE Destinations or in any other publication published by AFRIQUE Destinations, its subsidiaries or any company of the same group. This assignment of rights is valid for any medium and any mode of consultation (including all digital media, mobile applications, etc.), and without territorial limitation.
